Me: “That’s a good question…�
I’m glad she noticed. I’m glad she noticed that telling the story is not the same as changing the story. I’m glad she noticed that telling the world is not the same as the world.�
Episode 2
Student 2: Mentions something about wanting to punch something.
Me: “Violence doesn’t solve anything.�
Student 3: “War is violence. Violence solves things.�
Me: “War doesn’t solve anything.�
Student 3: “Yes it does.�
We have taught our children to support war. We have taught our children that violence is the answer - that violence solves things.
