My File’s file?

Teaching CertificateSo my Missouri teacher’s certificate seems to have a typographical error.  Either that or my file has a file that I don’t know about.  I suppose even the most official events can have hiccups.  I wonder how many of these have been printed.

    Ah sweet bureaucracy ;) It probably is a file’s file though I’m not even sure how that is possible.
